At Aurora Delights, we strive to provide the best quality traditional snacks for our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our refund and return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or returns are only applicable for products that are damaged during delivery or if there is a discrepancy in the order (e.g., wrong item delivered).
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Refund & Return Process
Step 1: Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please include your order details, proof of purchase, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product.
Step 3: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund or send a replacement.
3. Conditions
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by Aurora Delights for eligible cases.
4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products purchased during promotions, sales, or items nearing their expiry date unless they are defective.
